Designed for those who are, or intend to be, working in any part of the food and drink manufacturing sector. This course will provide a knowledge and understanding of food safety principles and practices.

The aim is to provide a broad knowledge of food safety and food hygiene and provide a foundation for the core competence desired within a food operation. Holders of this qualification will have the appropriate knowledge and understanding to be able to be responsible for food safety practices within their working environment.
