This course ensures that delegates attending are trained to the high standards required to become a BRC Third Party Auditor.

Course Content
The BRC Issue 7 Requirements - reviewed clause by clause with guidelines
  • BRC audit - aims and objectives
  • BRC audit concepts
  • Understanding BRC auditing methodology
  • Understanding BRC protocols and governance
This course is aimed at Technical and Quality Managers, Prospective Certification Body Auditors and Consultants. Delegates must have a working knowledge of quality management systems and auditing within the relevant manufacturing sector.

Delegates must have also have completed a HACCP course (minimum 2 days duration). Delegates must have read and reviewed a copy of the Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 7 which will be sent to them prior to the course commencing.
