Vented and Unvented Domestic Hot Water Storage Systems

The course will also cover the requirements of Part L1 of the Building Regulations detailing – Conservation of Fuel and Power as they relate to the design, installation and service & maintenance of hot water and central heating systems Upon successful completion of this course, the installer is issued with a certificate and registration number. This allows the installer to complete the installation certificate for any manufacturer of Unvented Hot Water Cylinders

This course is aimed at practising plumbing and heating engineers to learn about the requirements of Section G3 of the Building Regulations relating to the design, installation and service & maintenance of unvented hot water storage systems and how to comply with the Regulations. Identify typical faults associated with the installation or maintenance of unvented hot water systems. The Training and Assessment would also benefit Building Inspectors giving them a complete knowledge of the installation requirements and a CPD qualification.
