Level 3 ILM Certificate in Leadership & Management

Level 3 ILM Certificate in Leadership & Management

The Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management provides the practicing or aspiring manager with an in depth look at a range of tested tools, methods and theories which a First Line Manager will find both practical and effective on a day to day basis.

The programme can be taken as a stand alone course or as a progression from the Level 3 Award (which has common modules), and which is also available from the Institute as a short course. The certificate is designed to enable positive changes in performance quickly and economically whilst also extending the managers range of skill into new areas.

Practising managers will benefit from learning new skills and confirming current good practice. Potential /aspiring first line managers will gain much needed skills, knowledge and confidence in their new role and enable them to demonstrate this through achievement of a nationally recognised management qualification.
